65 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are scheduled to undergo surgery under central neuraxial blockade. 2. Age>=65years. 3. ASA I-III. 4. Having difficult surface anatomic landmarks. 5. Obtained written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicate to central neuraxial blockade; 2. Lumbar trauma,history of spine surgery, scoliosis, fracture of lower extremeties in recent days (interval from fracture to this surgery <1 month); 3. Having an allergy to ultrasound gel; 4. Refuse to participate in this study.
