Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Echocardiography diagnosis of CHD with left-to-right shunt; 2. Aged 0 to 3 years old; 3. motor impairments or delay with a motor quotient <90 (PDMS-2); 4. no previous rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. arrhythmia; 2. combined with other genetic disorders; 3. other congenital deformities; 4. liver or kidney diseases; 5. heart failure with a modified Ross score of 3 points or more; 6. history of surgery of heart or other organs; or 7. other illnesses that may preclude the child from participation in the study as identified by the study physician.
