Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Migrant workers: employees without local hukou in urban cities; 2. Production line workers exposed to organic solvent; 3. Workers who worked at selected enterprises for more than one month; 4. Workers who have no intention of dimission in the next six months; 5. Workers who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Line production managers; 2. Participants who can not finish an interview due to reading or communication barriers.
