18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18; 2. Intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH) is more than 9 times the upper limit of the normal range (about 600pg/ml), with hypercalcemia or hyperphosphatemia; 3. refractory to medical therapy; 4. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. primary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism; 2. familial hyperparathyroidism (MEN I, MEN II, hereditary HPT); 3. neck surgical exploration history; 4. parathyroid cancer.
