18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. first-time,32-35w,singleton pregnancy; 2. 18-35 years old; 3. willing to have normal birth; 4. normal pregnant women without medical or obstetrical complications; 5. Mandarin-speaking: able to speak, read and write in Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. planed, elective caesarean section; 2. with psychiatric disorders.
