Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty maintenance hemodialysis patients with residual renal function meet ing the following requirements: 1. 24h urine volume >200ml; 2. Regular hemodialysis (three times a week); 3. Grade II or III heart function; 4. Review the laboratory indicators every three months regularly; 5. More than four weeks of hemodialysis and two weeks of keeping the dry weight; 6. The levels of serum potassium are below 5.0mmol/l for more than three times four weeks before entering the experiment; 7. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: With severe cardiovascular disease
