Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have clear neck-pain in cervical type cervicals pondylopathy: (1) Neck, shoulder and occipital pain, neck pain and limitation of activity; (2) Neck muscle tension, tenderness, head activity limitation; (3) Display curvature change, joints or intervertebral instability, with "bilateral", "dual conflict", "concave cut", proliferation "performance of the X-ray film of the cervical spine; 2. Have clear neck pain in soft tissue of neck: (1) persistent soreness neck pain; (2) Neck activity limitation; (3) Beside the cervical spinous process and vertebral, damaged local muscle and abdominal muscle, insertion, muscle cross stress point tenderness, and sometimes local palpable swelling or cord shape object; (4) the X-ray films showed no abnormalities, some patients have cervical curvature straight or slightly displaced (and), Spike process; 3. aged between 18-60 years. 4. the course of the disease is over 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) cervical spondylosis patients without neck pain performance, or not to neck pain for the patients with the complaints; (2) by clinical manifestations and X-ray examination, the exclusion of other types of cervical spondylosis; (3) patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and cerebral vascular disease; (4) a frail, severe neurosis, dementia, severe osteoporosis, pregnancy; (5) leukemia, thrombocytopenia, etc.; (6) at the same time with the other person, or 30 days before the start of the observation to receive other therapies; (7) can not cooperate with the treatment, compliance is poor. In line with any of the above, can not be incorporated into the trial.
