Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the muscle disorders Conform to the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis standard in "Research Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders"(written by National Institute of Dental Research 2004); (2) Symptom: obvious Temporomandibular joint pain; (3) aged between 18 to 60; (4) the course of the disease in more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe heart, liver, kidney disease, cerebrovascular disease; 2. valetudinarianism, severe neurosis, dementia ,severe osteoporosis or pregnancy; 3. leukemia, thrombocytopenia with bleeding tendency; 4. with other treatments or accept other therapy within 30 days before the start of this observation; 5. TMD patients without pain, other diseases cause of the pain; 6. one can't cooperate or poor compliance; 7. the pain after the surgery; 8. With nervous system disease, mental disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and so on; 9. According to the SCL-90 scale, anxiety and severe depressive episodes.
