16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 16 and 60 years old; 2. Patients with deeply or fully impacted mandibular third molar, and distal osseous defect of adjacent secong molar; 3. Patients volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has serious chronic pericoronitis, or inflammatory granulation; 2. Mandibular third molar area have tumor or fracture; 3. Adjacent second molar have to be removed; 4. With severe systemic disease or tumor; 5. Patients with severe periodontal disease and the treatment cannot control; 6. Patient who is pregnant or lactating; 7. Not signed informed consent; 8. Addicted to tobacco or alcohol; 9. Severe psychoses (Schizophrenia, mania, paranoid psychosis and depression patients who has obvious suicidal) or dementia.
