Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 55 to 65 years and the fasting serum total cholesterol levels of 5.18-7.0 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Take medication that could significantly affect the lipid profile, severe obesity (Body Mass Index>28.0 kg/m2), history of cardiovascular disease and other chronic disease (e.g., diabetes, liver or kidney disorder, cancer), hypersensitivity to soymilk proteins, fish oil or other diet supplementation use likelye to affect the lipid profile.
