Interventions

Group 1:fascia iliaca compartment block with 0.5% ropivacaine
Group 2:fascia iliaca compartment block with 0.5% ropivacaine+ 0.5ug/kg dexmedetomidine
Group 3:fascia iliaca compartment block with 0.5% ropivacaine+ 1ug/kg dexmedetomidine
Group 4:Use morphine in the epidural space for postoperative analgesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who have hip replacement surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age=40 kg/m2; weight<50kg; coagulopathy; a history of relevant drug allergy; chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency; precnancy or breastfeeding; a history of alcohol or analgesics dependence; chronic pain.
