Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria for the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD): After inhalation of salbutamol, FEV1/FVC<70%, and exclusion of other diseases; 2. 40 years of age or older; 3. Qualified sputum samples can obtained, and sputum culture with positive potential pathogenic microorganisms (PPMs); 4. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to quinolone; Immunosuppressive therapy; long-term oral corticosteroid; The other medicines treatment have obviously changed during the study; combined with malignancy; Mobile inconvenience.
