Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The bone mineral density T score range is from 1 to 2.5; 2. Age between 50 and 75 years old, male or female; 3. Willing to accept treatment and signed informed consent form. The informed consent process was in line with the relevant provisions of the GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Did not conform to the above criteria of diagnosis and inclusion; 2. Patients with secondary osteopenia and brittle fractures; 3. Patients taking drugs that may cause liver dysfunction; 4. Patients with diseases involving the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, severe primary disease or patients with psychiatric illnesses; 5. Hepatitis virus carriers and patients with abnormal liver function or fatty liver; 6. Patients using drugs which can affect bone metabolism within the past 3 months; 7. Patients with a propensity to allergic reactions or known allergy to a test drug component or surgical sutures; 8. Patients who participated in other clinical studies with approximately three months of this study; 9. Patients with any late stage malignant tumors, poorly controlled diabetes, physical deformities, disability, miscarriages; 10. Orthostatic hypotension, clear pathological changes in the vestibular and/or outside the central nervous system function; 11. The use of sedatives or sleeping pills within the prior week or the use of drugs that can effect balance function; 12. Patients with joint disease of the lower limbs which can effect balance.
