Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For inclusion in the study subjects should fulfill the following criteria: (1) Provision of informed consent prior to any study specific procedures; (2) Male and female adults aged 18-65 years old; (3) LDL>3.0mmol/L (115 mg/dL); (4) SCORE 1% - 5% of the patients with moderate risk in next decade years; (5) Absolute neutrophil count(ANC) >=1.75*10^9/L, platelets >=100*10^9/L, hemoglobin >=9g/Dl; (6) Total bilirubin(TBIL) =60 ml/min; (8) Statin-naive (within 3 months before enrollment); (9) Comply with the protocol and can oral drug.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects should not enter the study if any of the following exclusion criteria are fulfilled: (1) Diabetes; (2) Patients with severe carotid artery stenosis, Intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion; (3) Patients with uncontrol hypertension; (4) Allergic to statins or have allergic disease; (5) Patients with familial hypercholesterolemia; (6) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases or a history of gastrointestinal surgery; (7) Patients with a clear liver and renal dysfunction or heart failure; (8) Creatine kinase > twice upper limit of normal reference value; (9) Patients with malignant tumor; (10) Patients underwent carotid endarterectomy or radiation therapy in carotid artery area; (11) Unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction; (12) Acute cerebral apoplexy; (13) Occur retinal arterial or venous thromboembolism in three months; (14) Severe retinal disease, include inflammation of the retina, retina detachment, retinal degeneration and malnutrition.
