Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3~8 years old of children (the primary anterior teeth about 3 ~ 5 years old children, the primary molars about 3 ~ 8 years old children); 2. massive destruction in deciduous teeth which is difficult to restore normal form and resistance form and retention form; 3. there is no obvious clinical loose, periapical inflammationand fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children with systemic diseases; 2. the drug allergy, such as local anesthetics, nickel or resin material; 3. poor oral hygiene condition; 4. periodontal disease; 5. serious micromaxillary deformity, needs orthodontic treatment; 6. Pathological root absorption.
