18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Mateched the standard of diagnosis of menstrually related migraine without aura in ICHD-3; (2) Right-handed female and aged 18 to 50 years; (3) At least one, but no more than 6 migraine attacks per month out of menstrual cycle; (4) With the medical history at least 6 monthes; (5) With regular menstrual cycle; (6) Signed informed-consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Taking prophylactic headache medicine, long-term analgesics consumption, and alcohol or drug abuse; (2) Had the history of head trauma, secondary headache, tension headache,intermittent headache, cluster headache and so on; (3) Hypertension, hypercholesteremia, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, gynecological tumor and major systemic conditions; (4)Suffered from mental disease, bleeding or allergic constitution. (5)Desire to pregnancy in the next 6 months; (6)Had MRI contraindications; (7)Serious asymmetric skull anatomy or clearly cerebral lesions; (8)Currently participating in other clinical trials.
