45 Years to 86 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as Ta or T1 bladder cancer; 2. Single or multiple papillary neoplasms should be found in the bladder with no upper urinary tract abnormalities; 3. Pelvic MRI, PET-CT should be performed to confirm the absence of extravesical extension, lymph node metastasis, or adjacent organ invasion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The evidence of tumor extended invasion or adjacent infiltratoion; 2. Lymphatic metastatis or distant metastasis; 3. Serious complication,which can not tolerate the anethesia or operation; 4. Can not finish the bladder irrigation; 5. Can not keep the regular follow up and cystoscopic examination.
