Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18~75 years old; 2. Been diagnosed as cervical disc herniation accompanied by radiculopathy. Neurological findings referring to the same nerve roots with imaging findings; 3. No significant effects after 4 weeks of conservative treatment (rehabilitation exercises, physical therapy or medication); 4. ASA I~II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Been diagnosed as non-discogenic pain (e.g. Primary spinal stenosis, etc.) according to images; 2. With cervical spondylolisthesis worse than II degree or disc prolapsed; 3. Suffering from ankylosing spondylitis or other rheumatic diseases in addition to cervical disc herniation; 4. Pregnancy, tumor, infection diseases, central nervous system deceases and psychosis; 5. Undergone with neck surgery, or had a mass in the area of puncturing (including goiter); 6. Refused to enter the trial.
