18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. Age> = 18 years old, male or female; 3. open excision of gastrointestinal cancer; 4. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. spinal disease / surgical history (deformity, lumbar disc herniation, vertebral compression fractures, thoracic back pain, spinal surgeries, etc.); 2. coagulopathy; 3. preoperative clinical symptoms or radiological examinations showed the tumor had distant metastasis; 4. history of drug-related allergies; 5. puncture site infection; 6. other clinical studies involved within three months; 7. The researchers believe that for any reason does not apply to participate in this experiment; 8. Special-resistant contraindications.
