Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically diagnosed with Stage I-IIIA NSCLC who had received surgical therapy; 2. had survived no more than 1 months after surgery; 3. Karnofsky performance status of at least 70% at study entry; 4. has an estimated life expectancy no less than 6 months; and 5. age between 18 and 65; 6. Patient who has a good compliance, understands the situation of research and signs a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with indefinite pathological diagnosis; 2. Subjects with serious systemic diseases, such as cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and psychiatric diseases; 3. subjects unable to participate in a exercise training with either bone or joint diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. patients were in other clinical trails; 6. patients unable to understand chinese.
