65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CDR of 0.5–1; 2. Chinese patients aged 65 to 90; 3. Community dwelling; 4. Mobility of at least the upper limbs and body; 5. Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete assessments. -Stable doses of medication for at least 30 days before screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent major psychiatric disorder (e.g. major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) or drug and alcohol abuse; 2. Severe illness or pain that would lead to significant deterioration in health, or that would limit participation in the interventions (e.g. metastatic cancer, musculoskeletal disorders, etc.).
