Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent; 2. 18-60 years old; 3. sex unlimited; 4. weight of 40~90 kg; 4. ASA I-II; 5. simple thyroid (1-2 levels of goiter) or thyroid adenoma; 6. without a recent use of opioid drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot be informed consent; 2. with other important organ damage; 3. hyperthyroidism, thyroid adenoma or simple goiter (level 3); 4. Neurological, mental illness history, history of long-term use of sedative drugs, or patients that can not cooperate; 5. Patients with atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia.
