Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To obtain informed consent; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Weight withiin 50 ~ 80 kg; 4. ASA Class I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The merger has confirmed other important organ damage: including liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal heart function, blood coagulation dysfunction; 2. The patients with bone metastasis and distant metastasis; 3. History of nerve, mental illness, long-term use of sedative drugs, or for other reasons should not be partners; 4. Atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome patients with sinus bradycardia.
