Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea (cold blood stasis syndrome); 2) 18 years of age or older, less than 35 years; 3) menstrual cycle (28 + 7) d]; 4) signed informed consent; 5) VAS score more than 3 points; 6) CMSS total score > 10 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) diagnosis of Western medicine is secondary dysmenorrhea, confirmed by pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian lesions caused by secondary dysmenorrhea; 2) with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and blood system severe life-threatening primary diseasesand mental illness, not suitable for moxibustion in patients with other diseases; 3) lactating women and women who are pregnant or recently prepared for pregnancy; 4) allergic constitution, or known allergic to the drug ingredients; 5) taking analgesics, sedative and hormone drugs in 1 months before treatment; 6) other clinical trials are being tested; 7) the medical workers who participated in the clinical research.
