Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) comply with the 1999 WHO criteria for diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2) the glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c)> 7.0% and <9.0%; 3) 7.0mmol/L <fasting blood-glucose <11.1mmol/L; 4) between the ages of 18-65 years of age; 5) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant or lactating women; 2) Nearly three months the persons who have diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic ketoacidosis and severe infection; 3) The persons who have a serious heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or associated with other serious primary disease, mental illness; 4) The persons who are hypersensitive to resistant starch in this study.
