Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 18 to 65 years; 2) with LDL-C levels greater than or equal to 3.37 mmol/L. And one of the following: total cholesterol (TC) >=5.18 mmol/L; triglyceride (TG) 1.7 >=mmol/L; HDL cholesterol =5.18 mmol/L and TG >=1.7 mmol/L; 3) no previous hypolipidemic treatment; 4) negative pregnancy test and not planning to get pregnant; 5) by the researchers explained the purpose of this study, the researchers agreed to participate in this. All participants gave written informed consent with understanding and willing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) TG>=5.65 mmol/L; 2) or the patient who has high blood pressure, diabetes and hypothyroidism; 3) the patient has suffered vital primary disease of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, severe trauma or any other disease or history that could confound the results or increase risk; 4) or the patient is using other lipid-lowering agents; 5) hyperlipidemia is caused by the use of drugs , and 6) ALT, AST >=2.0 times upper limit of normal; 7) CREA>=1.5 times upper limit of normal; 8) bleeding ulcer or other digestive tract disorders; 9) a history of drug allergies; 10) inpatients.
