Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children with CHD; 2. 6 months to 4 years old; 3. Motor impairment or delay with a motor quotient <90 (PDMS-2); 4. No previous rehabilitation treatment; and 5. no known neurological disorders or congenital deformities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combine with genetic disorders; 2. other congenital deformities; 3. liver and kidney diseases; 4. heart failure with a modified Ross score of 3 points or more; 5. history of surgery except the surgery of congenital heart disease; 6. other illness that may preclude the child from participation in the study as identified by study physician.
