Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the intracranial hemorrhage children staying in PICU diagnosed by CT during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The newborn, correct gestational age less than 41 weeks premature infants; 2. older than 18 year; 3. Length of hospital stay <=3 days; 4. Combing with congenital underlying disease; 5. Serious head and neck injury TCD operation; 6. Anemia, HB <7 g/L; 7. No family informed consent.
