Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe sepsis in standard: in accordance with the Chinese medical association in 2006 pediatric emergency committee recommended draft of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric septic shock SIRS + infection the diagnosis of sepsis), associated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) or circular function disorder. This research content close to the children and parents and signed informed consent, and promised to stick to the clinical observation and related inspection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with severe sepsis is to eliminate any which were as follows: chronic heart, lung, gastrointestinal tract, blood, cancer, endocrine, congenital metabolic basis of disease, long-term daily use of immunosuppressants; Congenital acquired immunodeficiency disease of children; Above moderate malnutrition; Not signed informed consent will be; In group 1 month before using adenosine, ATP, coenzyme Q10 and other preparations or simulation; Don't want to or cannot perform inspection requirement; Coenzyme Q10 allergies.
