Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Paitent with cerebrovascular disease and severe craniocerebral injury, supported with ventilator and ICP monitor; aged 18 to 75 years old; stable circulation; voluntary participation, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients with insufficient blood volume, unstable circulation, hypotension, shock, and pregnant women
