Age
20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. high-risk pregnant women; 2. C-PDSS score>=76.5; 3. Willing to join the research; 4. permanent population in Shanghai; 5. primipara; 6. attend the antenatal exam periodically; 7. delivery in our hospital; 8. receive the follow-up 42 days after delivery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having serious psychiatric history; 2. with intelligent dysplasia
