Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With mild ARDS has been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (PaO2 / FIO2 In 200-300); 2. aged 18-65, gender not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined tumor patient; 2. in patients with mild acute pancreatitis (no systemic complications mainly ARDS); 3. Patients can't tolerate noninvasive ventilation; 4. Serious gastric bowel to bilge gas; 5. Dry mouth and nose pharynx; 6. Row of phlegm disorders; 7. Phobia; 8. There have been barotrauma; 9. Not signed informed consent; 10. The researchers determine patient adherence is poor, unable to complete the study in accordance with the requirements of the patients.
