II:15mg Qd pioglitazone for 12 weeks, 2 weeks elution and 500mgTid metformin for 12 weeks
I:500mgTid metformin for 12 weeks, 2 weeks elution and 15mgQd pioglitazone for 12 weeks.

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PCOS diagnostic criteria: Rotterdam standard: (1) abnormal ovarian function; (2) high Androgen; (3) polycystic ovary; 2. body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 24Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mental disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, life can not take care of themselves; 2. suffering from autoimmune diseases, liver disease, kidney disease, coronary heart disease, thyroid disease, hypothalamic\ pituitary\ adrenal disease, cerebral vascular disease, severe hypertension; 3. a history of diabetes more than 5 years; 4. the long-term application of corticosteroid drugs, immunosuppressive agents; 5. is acceptable (or in recent six months received oral contraceptives) or ovulation treatment; 6. plan to get pregnant within 6 months; 7. there are contraindications to metformin and Pioglitazone.
