Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. audlt patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy in our hospital; 2. ASA status I-III; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 4. Hct=30% and Hb=10g/dL-1 before surgery; 5. coagulation and liver function are normal, no other important organs disease; 6. Signed an informed consent form of insert central venous catheter and femoral artery catherter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have contraindications on central venous or femoral artery piercing; 2. have contraindication on laparoscopic surgery; 3. combined with mental illness; 4. Researchers find that who's not suitable for this research.
