Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. compliance with TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria and Western Medicine of Post-stroke Depression; 2. To be aged from 30 to 75 years old; 3. Hamilton Scale (HAMD) test points were >=18; 4. secondary to cerebrovascular disease acute phase (2 weeks) later; 5. vital signs were stable, conscious, there is a certain expression and communication skills; 6. signed the informed consent by themselves or immediate family members. While those who meet all the above six criteria can be selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke caused by tumor, blood disease; 2. HAMD score <18 points; 3. unstable vital signs or with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases; 4. severe aphasia, agnosia who can not communicate; 5. a history of mental illness, a history of depression and familial history of mental illness; 6. may be some disruptive symptoms, but do not meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 7. not meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome of the main symptoms. Compliance with any one of the above items, excluding immediately.
