Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Depressed Patients without concomitant disease were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart disease, the recent history of myocardial infarction attack, epilepsy, glaucoma, urinary retention, hyperthyroidism, liver function damage and tricyclic drug allergies were excluded.
