18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of acute kidney injury following multiple kidney injury, according to 2012 KDIGO AKI guideline; 2.need renal replacement therapy; 3.haemodynamically stable; 4.age between 18 to 70 years old; 5.diagnosed with AKI and received therapy for the first time; 6.with written consent form patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic dialysis patients; 2.AKI on chronic kidney disease; 3.Organ transplant patients; 4.Pantients who can not cooperate because of mental illness or other reasons.
