18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Incipient diabetic foot infection patients, aged between 18 to 75 years; 2. Duration of foot infection <2 weeks; 3. Infection is located below the knees; 4. Agree and Write consent for inclusion in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hepatic insufficiency (AST, ALT, TBil >3 times of the normal range); 2. Kindy insufficiency (Ccr <60 ml/min); 3. Heart insufficiency (Cardic function above level 3(NYHA)); 4. co-exist of other infections (Respiratory, alimentary, urinary); 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding women; 6. patients who did not understnd the purpose of the study or refuse to be included.
