Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. He or his/her family (guardian) agree to participate in this study, and provide written Informed Consent; 2. Autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Negative related viruses screening after transplantation patients; 4. Age 18-65 years old; 5. Cardiac function in normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The function of liver and kindey is much bad; 2. serious heart disease:such as STEMI or cardiac insufficiency; 3. While suffering from with organ failure to control; 4. patients with tuberculosis and HIV positive patients; 5. The patient can not rebuild after transplantation of hematopoietic; 6. related virus positive patients after transplantation; 7. pregnant or lactating women; 8. don't understand or follow research plan; 9. drug intolerance or allergy history; 10. under the age of 18 or over 65 patients (including 18 and 65 years).
