18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging demonstrating type I or II PVTT, non-obstructing type III PVTT, or obstructive type III PVTT with multiple collateral vessels; 2. Child-Pugh class A or B; and 3. Eastern Cooperative Group performance status (ECOG) score of 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extrahepatic metastasis; 2. type IV PVTT; 3. Patients with surgery, local-regional therapies (radiofrequency ablation), or liver transplantation; 4. patients with previously sorafenib therapy, systemic chemotherapy, intra-arterial chemoinfusion, or TACE; and 5. had serious medical comorbidities.
