Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnosis standard of zoster associated pain; 2.shingles at the chest-back; 3.NRS>=3; 4. Rash onset within 30 days; 5.Agree to participate in this study and informed agreement signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.high fever, severe hypertension, active peptic ulcer disease; 2.infection; 3. allergy to Diprospan and ropivacaine; 4. disfunction of coagulation; 5.Immune system diseases.
