Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to receive VATS surgery; 2. HIV, HBV and syphilis are negative; 3. Without heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 4. No lung infection or empyema; 5. White blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and coagulation; 6. Both male or female; 7. Patiengts are volunteered to participate in this experiment; 8. Patients who need closed thoracic drainage after a thoracic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffer bronchiectasis, empyema, pleural cancer, pleurisy; 2. Patients who receive pneumonectomy; 3. Fever occurs preoperatively; 4. patiengts have history of morphine-like Drugs, sedative drugs and stimulants drugs; 5. Patiengts who are allergic to rubber products; 6. Mental patients; 7. Pregnant and infants; 8. Patiengts who are in critical condition; 9. Other patients who are not suitable for Paneth drainage tube.
