18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The tumor 3.1 to 5.0 cm at its greatest diameter on preoperative investigations; 2. a single primary HCC; 3. Child-Pugh class A or B; 4. patients who must be voluntary to the trail and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extrahepatic metastasis; 2. unfeasible for RF ablation because of concurrent severe comorbidities; 3. the patients refuse the experiment.
