Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years of age, male and female; 2. Body image index is 18-25; 3. Patients, ASA I-II scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and Emergency laparoscopic appendix operation performed under general anesthesia; 4. Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patient with body image index more than 25; 2. Patients with ASA class more than grade II, severe cardiac, lung, hepatic and renal diseases; 3. Mental disorder; 4. Pregnant and breeding women.
