Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-acquired pneumonia children, 2-12 years old, are scheduled to undergo flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy, classified as ASA II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with cardiovascular, endocrinological, renal or hepatic disorders, allergy to opioids or current use of analgesics or psychoactive drugs were excluded from the study.
