Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criterion: According to the definitions of Poor ovarian response from "The textbook of Human assisted reproductive technology"; 2. Syndrome diagnostic criterion: According to the definitions of Liver stagnation and Yin deficiency syndrome from "The national standard terminology of traditional Chinese medicine"; 3. Inclusive criterion: Prediction the possibility of poor ovarian response (meet one of the following criterion, and the third is necessary) (1) Aged 28-43 years; (2) Basal follicle-stimulating hormone >=10IU/L; (3) The Antral follicle count <=5; (4) The anti-Mullerian hormone is less than 1.6-3.5nmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria); 2. Pelvic endometriosis(stage III-IV); serious Adenomyosis; 3. chromosome abnormalities; 4. Severe autoimmune disease and metabolic diseases; 5. The thickness of endometrial peri-ovulation period is less than 7mm; 6. Endocrinology disease (including Hyperprolactinemia); 7. The history of ovary operation or ovary resection (1 side or 2 sides); 8. Body mass index (BMI)>26.
