Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included selective gallbladder surgery, ASA physical score I to III, good mental status, cough and swallowing reflex return normal, myodynamiaof four limbs: level V, last dose of analgesic has been given for more than twenty minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal fistula, difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus, nausea and vomiting were excluded.
