Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 40-70years, BMI 20-28kg/m2, no fever and infection in the last month, to give up smoking at least 2 weeks, pulmonary function testing of preoperative: MVV measured values/expected value >70%, FEV1 >60%, Cardiac function classification I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to sign a consent form, history of lung infection or fever in the last month, high blood pressure, Coronary heart disease, Liver and kidney dysfunction, pulmonary function testing of preoperative: MVV measured values/expected value <70%, FEV1 <60%
