Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The women aged between 52.0-65.0 years old who has menopause more than six months; 2) They are volunteered for a period of 12 months exercise intervention of osteoporosis and falling risk research topic; 3) Their work is mental work, or they are retired and not engaged in intense physical labor; 4) They are interested in taijiquan or New Tai Chi Bone-Strengthening Exercise, and they have time to ensure that do exercise 4 times a week, 1 hour every time, as well as the health of the corresponding test and filling in the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) all kinds of osteomalacia (calcium and vitamin D deficiency and renal tubular acidosis, etc.); 2) primary and secondary hyperthyroidism; 3) malignant tumor of bone metastases; 4) multiple myeloma; 5) vertebral hemangioma; 6) pyogenic spondylitis; 7) other obviously limited motility disease; 8) diagnosis for osteoporotic fractures; 9) Participates subjectively and objectively in the compliance is not high; 10) They has been practicing tai chi for 3 months and over.
