Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with lateral bowing femur undergoing primary TKA, and the lateral bowing femur is defined as the line connecting intertrochanteric notch and medial cortex of greater trochanter pass through the medial cortical bone of the femur; 2. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no bowing or medial bowing of the femur; 2. fixed flexion deformity greater than 30 degree; 3. knee or hip osteoarthritis post-trauma; 4. using restrictive prosthesis; 5. preoperative or postoperative radiographs that were of inappropriate quality for evaluation.
